Sandra Nkechi Ihemeje Lead Consultant (MD) is a strategic HR professional experienced in all aspects of Human Resources Management. She takes a holistic approach to consulting services by helping clients align their people strategies with their corporate objectives within the ever changing global and competitive context. Sandra specializes in human resources consulting, change management, project management, labour and employee relations, collective bargaining, training and development, business development and public speaking.

She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Bloomsford Associates. For the past  years she has worked with financial institutions where she effectively met unique organisation and technological constraints to produce significant achievements in cost reduction, Relationship Management, service delivery and internal process improvement.

Currently as the Managing Director/CEO of Bloomsford Associates. She is responsible for leading program management and project planning initiatives for growing companies seeking to secure outsourcing in the global marketplace. She interfaces directly with the board of directors and C-level executive to strategise and devise effective measures including contract negotiation, agreement structuring, and operational level agreements for long term ROI maximisation.

Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master in Human Resource Management. She also holds Professional certifications in personnel management (ACIPM) and is licensed in Human Resource Management(HRPL). She is the Founder of BloomsFord Entrepreneurship Academy (BEA)
