Currently as the Managing Director/CEO of Bloomsford Associates. She is responsible for leading program management and
project planning initiative for growing company seeking to secure outsourcing in the global marketplace.
She interface directly with the board of directors and C-level executive to strategise and devise effective measures including
contract negotiation, agreement structuring, and operational level agreements for long term ROI maximisation.
Sandra Nkechi Ihemeje holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master in Human Resource Management.
She also holds Professional certifications in personnel management (ACIPM)and licensed in Human Resource Management(HRPL).
She is the Founder of BloomsFord Entrepreneurship Academy (BEA)
